Job Description:

MISSION:

The successful candidate will achieve assigned targets, manage the selling process, interact directly with internal peer functions, and deal with selected customers in accordance with the company's commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support market strategy deployment by providing commercial insights for assigned accounts to enhance business growth and process harmonization.
  • Be responsible for the performance of the assigned portfolio and the development of customer prospects in the relevant area.
  • Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers across the customer's organization.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across the Stevanato Group to foster the company's business model and deliver added value solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer service requests and queries.
  • Monitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the Group.
  • Manage the function's budget in line with business objectives and guidelines.
  • Create and maintain effective relationships with current and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Understanding of market and industry, with in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segments.
  • Understanding of customer products and processes.
  • Knowledge of company products and production processes, features, and techniques.
  • Experience in key account planning and project management.
  • Customer service skills and CRM management.
  • Analysis and reporting skills, including methodologies, techniques, tools, and applications.
  • Budget management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with IT tools such as ERP and Office applications.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales management within an account management department, preferably with CRM expertise.
  • Focus on client needs.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips.

Type of contract and salary will be based on experience.
