Freedom24 is expanding in Italy and seeks a market manager to own the Italian market from our Milan office. You will analyze the Italian market to identify customer needs, growth opportunities and barriers to investing, translating insights into product positioning and onboarding improvements.

You will develop affiliate marketing initiatives, onboard publishers and investment media, optimize campaigns for ROI and deposits, and build influencer partnerships.

Freedom24 is an international investment platform giving retail and institutional clients access to over 1 million financial instruments, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, and options, across 15 exchanges in the US, Europe, and Asia. • Analysis of the Italian market to identify customer needs, growth opportunities and barriers preventing people from investing. The manager will collect local insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for product development, onboarding, positioning and promotion in Italy

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing initiatives: onboard, coordinate, and scale publishers, rankings, financial websites, and investment media;

• Optimize performance campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, deposits, and active clients;

• Build the influencer marketing direction: identify, onboard, and manage influencers across relevant platforms;

• Analyze marketing data, test hypotheses, and refine strategies to improve results;

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners/agencies;

• Take strategic ownership of the Italian market and contribute to long-term growth plans

• Experience in brokerage, investment platforms, trading apps, or banks with affiliate programs,
  or experience in agencies working with financial clients,
  or experience in CPA/affiliate networks;

• Proven track record in affiliate marketing and managing performance partners;

• Ability to understand and work with financial content;

• Experience coordinating partners or agencies (agency management is a plus);

• Strong negotiation skills and experience with budget allocation;

• Familiarity with influencer marketing or motivation to develop in this area;

• Italian — fluent and English — fluent (both required);

• Proactive, results-oriented, strong ownership mindset;

• Ability to combine analytical skills (KPIs, ROI, performance metrics) with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
