Akkodis in Roma is seeking a Business Manager to drive sales development and manage a portfolio of strategic customers in the aerospace and defence sectors. You will develop relationships and negotiate key commercial terms while promoting the Group's services.

You will lead candidate sourcing with recruiters, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure profitable operations. English proficiency (B2) is mandatory.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in Aerospace or Defence sector.
• Strong English language skills (B2 level) mandatory.
• Autonomous, proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage strategic customers and contracts.
• Lead candidate sourcing and collaborate with recruiters to build talent pipelines.
