Exa Futures S.r.L. in Milano is seeking a Digital Media Manager to drive campaign strategy and execution, directly reporting to the CEO and shaping the company’s growth.

You will manage relationships with key clients and collaborate with the Product Team to optimize media efforts. The role requires 2-3 years in online advertising, strong skills with Google Ads, Analytics, and social platforms, plus budgeting and negotiation experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing or related field with relevant online media experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in online advertising and media buying.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of tracking and optimization of digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to analyze data and present via Excel.
• Excellent command of Italian and English.
• Pro-active, fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in budgeting, launching and monitoring campaigns at scale (€10,000s/month).

Operating as a Digital Media Manager at Exa Futures you can expect to:

• Have a key impact on company operations and business, reporting directly to the CEO
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Clients
• Participate in strategic evolution of the company’s business
• Determine best plan-of-action for each client’s communication project
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Product Team
• Manage and optimize running media campaigns for highest ROI.
• Manage an monthly media budget of up to €30,000-€50,000/month.
• Negotiate and launch media buying campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing or another field with relevant experience in the online media or advertising industry
• At least 2-3 years of experience in online advertising and media buying
• Solid understanding of the following platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, FacebookAds, LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding of digital platforms for tracking and optimization of digital communication campaigns
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to study data patterns. Hands on experience with data elaboration and presentation via Excel
• Excellent verbal and written command of the Italian and English language
• A team–player with positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• You have to be pro‑active, fast learner, detailed oriented, able to work under stress, comfortable in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in budgeting, launching and monitoring campaigns at scale (€10,000s/month)
• Robust business, budgetary and negotiation skills. Motivated and results‑oriented
• Preferred account management experience
