What does your day-to-day in this role look like

Part of your daily activities will be :

Identify, research, review product issues to determine the best solution / troubleshooting;

Repairing basic product issues;

Use multiple tools (including diagnostic tools);

After-sales service;

Provide personalized support.

Requirements

• What do you need to be successful at this job?
• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Experience in Technical support
• Social Media experience will be a plus
• High School Diploma
• EU passport / ID or a Portuguese resident card

Recruitment process
