Role

Ads Technical Support Agent - Italian speaker.

Responsibilities

• Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers
• Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products
• Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures
• What does your day-to-day in this role look like

Qualifications

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Experience in Technical Support
• Experience in advertising or Digital Marketing will be a plus
• High School Diploma
• EU passport / ID or a Portuguese resident card
• Language requirements: English B2 minimum (required); Italian C2 or native (required)
