About the Role

Join our Digital Employee Experience team and help shape the future of work at Nestlé. As an Adoption & Change Specialist, you’ll drive change management initiatives across Zone Europe, ensuring employees embrace new technologies and ways of working. From Artificial Intelligence to next-generation productivity tools, you’ll play a key role in enabling adoption and delivering measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead adoption and change management activities for IT and digital transformation projects across European markets.
  • Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and training programs to maximize user engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts, manage resistance, and build champions networks.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and provide insights to improve user experience and project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in change management or adoption roles, ideally in IT or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and agile ways of working.
  • Data‑driven mindset; ability to analyse adoption/support data and recommend improvements.
  • Experience creating enablement assets (e.g., Canva, short videos) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
