Actively participate in the management of the activity or organization by performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties. Serve as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations.
Apply knowledge of the organization, its functions, and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions related to the organization (e.g., personnel, accounting, budget, purchasing, logistics and supply, transportation, security, etc.).
Exercise independent judgment. Compose operating procedures and set internal priorities to improve administrative services.
Possess extensive knowledge of rules, operations, and practices, and exercise judgment in selecting the most appropriate guidelines.
Perform other duties related to office automation requiring skills in office machines and software.
Requirements
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
Meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
A one-year probationary period may be required.
Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
Mission Soggiorno, Official No-Fee Passport, and Mission VISA are required.
Citizenship must be eligible under the country SOFA Agreement.
Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
May be subject to a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
Work experience directly related to the duties described above.
Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Familiarity with RecTrac and the DFAS voucher submission process.
