Support daily administrative duties
Manage the invoicing cycle, including invoice verification and processing
Handle financial planning and maintain relevant documentation
Register documents in the IMP system and create payment instructions accordingly
Support the coordination and documentation of Capex activities
Assist in monthly and annual accounting closings
Handle all HR related administrative work, payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations and Business Support
Knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC), IFRS standards and HR regulations
Quality and compliance support
Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings
Assist with the preparation and submission of tax declarations
Review and help improve the performance of the accounting system
Cross-functional support
Collaborate closely with external advisors (tax consultants, auditors, payroll providers)
Act as a liaison for the GEU HQ in Eschborn on all accounting, tax, administrative, and HR-related matters for the Italian branch
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or accounting
2–7 years of proven experience in accounting
Solid knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS standards
Experience working with SAP system, as well as Microsoft Office tools
Service-oriented mindset with strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German or Korean is a plus
Intercultural understanding and strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner
