Role

Main Functions
  • Management and administrative control of purchases of the project: processing of orders and delivery notes in the company’s ERP, reception and preparation of invoices for accounting.
  • Perform accounting tasks.
  • Know, understand and apply what is defined in the procedures and technical instructions applicable to quality, environment and prevention, including the proper management of waste generated in the course of its activity.
  • Based on the information and training received, comply with the established preventive measures, reporting any unsafe conditions in his / her work.
  • Follow-up of collections and payments.
  • Document management (formalities, archiving and control of procedures...).
  • Follow-up of legal and labour issues.
  • Import of material.
  • Report to the PM and Finance Responsible on a regular basis and at their request.
  • Personnel logistics.
Education

Secondary education. Intermediate cycle of professional training for administrative jobs.

Skills

Ability to perform, organized, interpersonal relations, decision-making, ... Knowledge of English, Spanish language is a plus
