Una fondazione educativa cerca un Assistente Amministrativo e Organizzativo a Milano. La figura curerà le attività contabili, supporterà la gestione del team e delle operazioni quotidiane, con l'opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente stimolante e con orari flessibili. E' richiesta esperienza pregressa, buone capacità organizzative e conoscenze di Microsoft Office.

Competenze

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in contesti nazionali o internazionali.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo riservato e organizzato.

Mansioni

  • Supporto nella gestione delle attività contabili ordinarie.
  • Gestione dei pagamenti e delle relazioni con fornitori.
  • Supporto organizzativo per il team, inclusa la gestione degli appuntamenti.

Administrative & Organizational Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative & Organizational Assistant to join Bolton For Education Foundation based in Milan.

How you make the difference

The Administrative & Organizational Assistant who will join Bolton For Education Foundation will be responsible of supporting the management of ordinary accounting tasks as well as providing organizational support to the whole team, coordinating appointments and meetings and supporting the whole office management.

How your agenda looks like :

  • Support to ordinary accounting up to the preparation of the documentation necessary for the closing of the social and financial statements, alongside the external accounting firm
  • Management of administrative activities, including support in the preparation of administrative reports
  • Management of basic payment operations (e.g. monitoring deadlines and outstanding payments and commencing payment process)
  • Management of relations with non-core suppliers and service providers (including request and analysis of quotations and contracts)
  • Organizational support to the whole team (e.g. office management, travel management and logistic support to the team, updating mailing lists, organizing meetings and events)

Your team :

You’ll directly report to Bolton for Education Foundation Head of Operations.

What makes you a great fit :

  • Previous work experience of at least 3 years in structured national or international contexts
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability of acting with confidentiality
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory requirement) and basic knowledge of business management software (preferential title)
  • Local language : Proficiency in Italian and kood knowledge of English
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of economics, administration, or foreign languages (preferential title)
