Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail. The role may involve working on special projects, including recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information. The candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office. Minimal work direction is needed, as the candidate should be highly skilled and knowledgeable in the position.
