About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily executive activities, facilitating communication, and optimizing workflow efficiency. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical support to the executive team (workspace organization, office supplies, etc.).
  • Manage incoming correspondence and document processing.
  • Prepare documents for executive review and signature.
  • Distribute and manage document flow across relevant departments.
  • Compile materials and data required for decision-making.
  • Oversee the progress of ongoing projects according to the approved plan.
  • Gather, analyze, and present information necessary for managerial decision-making.
  • Draft letters, reports, requests, and business proposals.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, briefings, and business gatherings (venue selection, technical support, participant notifications).
  • Ensure compliance with executive instructions by the personnel.
  • Collect and structure employee suggestions for management consideration.
  • Maintain records and archive documentation.
  • Conduct business meetings and phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain an organized and updated registration control system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
