About the location :

About the role :

The administrative assistant will provide support and clerical expertise to all employees in the Pre-Opening Office. Responding to employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. This position will perform all administrative duties for all divisions of the resort during the pre-opening phases and will transition into a coordinator or assistant to a specific division closer to the opening date of the Resort.

What you will do :
  1. Perform administrative tasks such as typing, copying, faxing/scanning, opening and sorting mail, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments and interviews for the leadership team.
  2. Maintain overall organization and upkeep of the pre-opening offices, ensuring a clean, neat, and organized environment in all common spaces.
  3. Prepare written correspondence on behalf of the General Manager and Resort Manager for approval.
  4. Handle travel arrangements and reservations for managers and VIP guests.
  5. Maintain office and stationary supplies for the pre-opening office.
  6. Assist in coordinating with external vendors.
  7. Prepare digital marketing and social media tasks from Commercial or P&C Divisions.
What you bring :
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one to two years of secretarial, hotel, or related experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • High level of creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and type 50+ words per minute.
  • High emotional intelligence and social EQ.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking skills.

Schedule & Hours :
