About the Role - The administrative assistant will be responsible for the management of the daily administrative support activities within the company. The figure guarantees that bureaucratic and documentary operations are accurately and efficiently addressed, supporting the team in:

  • Accounting
  • Practice management
  • Other administrative functions

Responsibilities -

  • Checking the validity of the invoice issued and its conformity with the order and the shipping document of the goods.
  • Carrying out supplier accounting and recording invoices received, in order of type and due date.
  • Paying invoices to suppliers of goods and services.
  • Recording incoming and outgoing economic and financial movements in the Journal entry.
  • Keeping up-to-date on tax compliance and checking their impact on VAT and direct income tax items in the financial statements.
  • Carrying out tax compliance, related to the company's activities, including the payment of taxes and contributions of various kinds, e.g., the calculation of VAT.
  • Issuing invoices and entering the invoices issued.
  • Verifying timely payments from clients and keeping a reminder in case of overdue invoices.

Qualifications -

  • Previous experience ideally in hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a team spirit approach.
  • High-school diploma, ideally in business or administrative field, and previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of cost accounting.
  • Good knowledge of major administrative management software – Opera knowledge desirable.
  • Organisational skills and accuracy in details.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
  • Flexibility and stress management.
