A leading company in the field is looking for an Administrative and Reporting Manager to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will oversee administrative activities, manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as previous experience in a similar role. The contract is fixed-term, spanning 6 to 12 months.

We are looking for an Administrative and Reporting Manager for a maternity cover.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing administrative activities and preparing financial and operational reports for the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative activities, including supervising administrative staff.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate reporting activities with various company departments.
  • Monitor and manage the company budget.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
  • Support in preparing documentation for audits.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and customers for administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language Skills:Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and Italian tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good computer skills, particularly with accounting and business management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:Castel San Giovanni, Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Duration:Fixed-term contract (6-12 months)
