Administration Specialist

ROLE DETAILS

The company has developed its own Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing Robotic system, featuring a patented extrusion head, proprietary algorithms, and robotic arms, enabling the manufacture of advanced components without scale limitations in industries such as Automotive and Motorsports, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Machinery, Medical Devices, Design, and Architecture. We offer a broad range of solutions, including design and concept development, engineering components for additive manufacturing (AM) production, manufacturing prototypes and pre-series without scale limitations, line production of finished parts, and support in internalizing 3D printing technologies, along with training and workshops.

As an Administration Specialist, you will be central to our administrative operations, handling routine accounting tasks, supporting the entire invoicing cycle, and maintaining detailed records of annual and infra-annual documentation. Your responsibilities will also include supporting shareholder reporting activities and various administrative tasks. With a keen eye for detail, you will play a key role in managing the company's administration, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
