Job summary

Moncler in Trebaseleghe (PD), Italy, seeks an Administration & Payroll Intern to join our HR Administration team on a full-time 6-month assignment with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY. You will support attendance, contracts, records, hiring/terminations, and HR reporting while integrating into our community.

The role offers a monthly internship allowance of €800 and meal vouchers or canteen access. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are essential; prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Labor Consultancy or Economics.
• Proficiency in Office package, especially Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Previous experience in a company or studio is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, precision, confidentiality and reliability.

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Administration & Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources Administration team at our office in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact

• Attendance and employee relationship management;
• Preparation of contracts;
• Management of records;
• Management of hiring, termination, and transfer processes;
• Management of HR reports and archive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Labor Consultancy or Economics;
• Proficiency in computer tools and the Office package (especially Excel);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Previous experience in a company or professional studio is a plus;
• The profile is also characterized by strong interpersonal skills, precision, confidentiality, and reliability.
