The Administration Manager will be part of the Administrative Department at the Corporate Office and report directly to the CFO. This role will oversee and ensure the efficiency of accounting, tax, and administrative processes, in compliance with current regulations and company policies, while supporting financial planning. Main responsibilities include:
- Supervising accounting, receivables, payables, bank accounts, fixed assets, and cost accounting.
- Preparing annual financial statements in collaboration with legal auditors and tax consultants.
- Managing tax compliance (VAT, property tax, periodic and annual tax returns).
- Assisting in preparing the annual cash flow budget and monthly forecasts.
- Coordinating administrative activities across departments and hotel structures (e.g., CIN, licenses, permits).
- Managing administrative aspects related to tax contributions and benefits under Italian and European regulations.
- Maintaining relationships with banks, suppliers, external consultants, and tax authorities.
- Overseeing payroll registration in CO. Payroll GE, including salary entries, social charges, bonuses, and welfare, in collaboration with HR.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal updates.
- Managing and developing the administrative team through training and resource development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or structured companies/accounting firms.
- Knowledge of national accounting principles (OIC) and corporate taxation.
- Experience with ERP management software (e.g., Opera, Navision, NetSuite, SAP, Zucchetti).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
