A leading construction consulting company in Friuli-Venezia Giulia is seeking an Admin Accounting professional to manage bookkeeping and assist with tax compliance. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in a construction environment and proficiency in Excel. Join us in delivering efficient solutions in a dynamic industry.

Competenze

  • Minimum 2 years as Admin Accounting in construction/contractor company.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of bookkeeping and tax basics.

Mansioni

  • Handle bookkeeping (sales, purchases, petty cash, AR/AP).
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments & bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with tax compliance together with accountant/tax consultant.

Our Client:

Our client is a well-established construction consulting company located in Padonan, Bali, providing professional services and tailored solutions across various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle bookkeeping (sales, purchases, petty cash, AR/AP).
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments & bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial data for monthly/annual closing & audit documents.
  • Assist with tax compliance (VAT, PPh, deadlines) together with accountant/tax consultant.
  • Support project cost control: budget vs. actual, verify vendor invoices, and assist in cost reports.
  • Basic understanding of QS principles: budgeting, BoQ, cost tracking

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years as Admin Accounting in construction/contractor company.
  • Min. 1 year experience in Quantity Surveying (QS).
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, tax basics, and construction pricing.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; accounting software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
  • Comfortable in English (spoken & written).
