Position Summary: The College of Professional Studies (CPS) invites qualified individuals to apply for an Adjunct Faculty position focused on designing and teaching online courses in Negotiation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities may include designing courses/programs, teaching courses, or both:
Duties involved in designing online courses include:
- Developing learning goals and objectives
- Selecting readings and other course materials
- Recording videos
- Designing assessments including discussion board posts, writing assignments and projects
- Attending regular meetings with design team
Duties involved in teaching courses include:
- Creating a syllabus
- Leading class and conducting all associated planning and grading
- Reviewing student work and assessing learning
- Participating in trainings and meetings (as needed) with staff
Minimum Qualifications:
- Academic expertise and 10+ years of experience in navigating complex and challenging negotiation scenarios
- Previous experience designing online courses
- Proven ability to teach successfully in both the in-person and online settings
- Master’s degree required
- Experience with instructional technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or other terminal degree preferred
