Job Description:

Position:

We are seeking an Addetto/a servizio prevenzione e protezione HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment Officer).

Responsibilities:

The candidate will perform activities as an Addetto del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione according to Italian law, primarily supporting the RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) and the Site Environmental Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while aligning with corporate objectives and current laws.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in applying the following regulations:
• Testo Unico della Sicurezza D.Lgs 81/08 (comprehensive knowledge of the text and all annexes);
• Directive Macchine D.lgs 17/10 (essential safety requirements for machinery, equipment, plants, and company means, including conformity declarations, testing reports, manuals, and verification reports);
• Technological systems: Directive Atex D.lgs 85/16; Dm 37/08 (conformity declarations, periodic checks of electrical systems, grounding, explosion-risk areas, lightning protection systems);
• REACH and CLP regulations: handling safety data sheets, compliance documentation;
• Testo Unico della tutela D.Lgs 152/2006 and D.Lgs 105/2015;
• Management of aspects related to Reach (REACH – TCIS).

Safety and Prevention in the Workplace: Management of compliance with D.Lgs. 81/08 (T.U.S.) and Safety Management System (S.G.S).

Environmental: Management of compliance with D.Lgs 152/2006 (T.U.A.) and Environmental Management System (S.G.A).

Experience in managing and implementing Safety and Environmental management systems (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001).

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Prevention Techniques in Environment and Workplace, Environmental Engineering or similar;
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word);
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, DraftSight, SAP, INTELEX Tool;
• Soft skills: teamwork, goal-oriented, stress management.
