Swan Analitica Srl, a solid company part of the Swiss group Swan Analytische Instrumente AG, a leading manufacturer in the field of continuous water analysis instrumentation, is seeking a post-sales technical support technician for the North Italy.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, extraordinary repairs, and technical support for clients on continuous instrumentation used for chemical and physico-chemical analysis in the water industry.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of chemistry and/or electronics, along with analytical skills, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.

Teamwork skills and autonomous task management are essential. Precision in documenting work performed using the company's management software is required.

Availability and flexibility for short trips (2-3 days) on a weekly basis within the assigned area (central/southern Italy), and occasionally at the headquarters in Genoa and the Swiss parent company, are necessary.

Diploma or degree in a technical field (chemistry/electronics).

Good command of English, proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word), and a category B driving license are required.

Knowledge of German and valid training certificates (high risk, emergency responder, first aid, fire safety, electronic risk) are considered advantageous.

1-2 years of experience in a similar technical role.

The type of contract, classification, and salary level will be evaluated based on experience and skills, with the aim of permanent employment.
