Position: Post-Sales Technical Support Specialist - North Italy

Swan Analitica Srl, part of the Swiss group Swan Analytische Instrumente AG, a leading manufacturer of continuous water analysis instrumentation, is seeking a Post-Sales Technical Support Specialist for North Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on instrumentation.
2. Provide technical support to clients on continuous analytical equipment for chemical and physico-chemical water analysis.

Candidate Profile:

• Basic knowledge of chemistry and/or electronics.
• Analytical skills, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks independently.
• Attention to detail in documentation using company management software.

Requirements:

• Availability for short trips (2-3 days) weekly within the assigned area (center/south Italy) and occasionally to Genoa headquarters and Switzerland.
• Technical diploma or degree (chemist/electronic).
• Good command of English, proficiency in Office, Excel, Word, and a valid B driving license.
• Knowledge of German and relevant certifications (high risk, emergency responder, first aid, fire safety, electronics risk) are preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar technical role.

Contract Details:

Contract type, compensation, and level will be based on experience and skills, with a final aim of permanent employment.
