Job Description: Gi Group, a leading company in the mechanical, mechatronic, and electromechanical sectors, is seeking a Supervision Specialist for Container Maintenance for a client operating in maritime freight transport. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities at foreign port terminals, ensuring compliance with quality standards and international regulations, and collaborating with technical staff to optimize repair and inspection processes. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting periodic inspections of containers to identify damages and necessary repairs;
2. Monitoring repair costs and maintenance activities to ensure efficient budget management;
3. Preparing periodic reports on operational status and fleet conditions;
4. Managing documentation and traceability according to company procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification;
• At least 3 years of experience supervising maintenance and repair activities in port environments;
• Ability to analyze technical reports and prioritize tasks;
• Willingness to travel frequently;
• Proficiency in English.

Additional Details:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday;
• Permanent contract directly with the company;
• Location: Genoa, with travel to Africa and the Middle East.
