Openjobmetis SPA is searching for and selecting candidates for a fashion sector company:

Position

Main tasks: The selected candidate will be part of the cutting department and will be responsible for: using a cutting machine to cut leather and fine materials according to patterns and templates, verifying material quality before and after cutting, optimizing leather usage to reduce waste, and supporting the preparation phases for shoe manufacturing.

Requirements

Required: minimal experience in the role or in the footwear sector, good manual skills and precision, attention to detail, sensitivity towards materials, willingness to learn and grow in the sector. Preferred: basic knowledge of different types of leather and their characteristics, experience with manual or automatic cutting machines. We are looking for a reliable, motivated person eager to specialize in a valuable artisanal craft.

Workplace: Fucecchio (FI) Working hours: Full time Contract: Initial fixed-term with prospects for stabilization.
