What will be your mission?

As Purchasing Staff, you will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure the effectiveness of the purchasing system and that all supplies, equipment, and relevant services are purchased while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency.

What will you do?

1. Manage the payment process for all projects.
2. Issue purchase orders for reimbursements and contract fees.
3. Coordinate with the accounting team to process budget setup in Oracle.
4. Conduct payment forecasts for all projects.
5. Source and maintain supplier data.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project and construction purchasing.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, purchasing, shipping (Incoterms), and related processes.
• Strong team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Excellent writing, documentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
