What will be your mission?

As Purchasing Staff, you will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure an effective purchasing system, acquiring supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency.

What will you do?

• Manage payment processes for all projects.
• Issue purchase orders for reimbursements and contract fees.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to process budget setup in Oracle.
• Conduct payment forecasts for all projects.
• Sourcing supplier data.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of project and construction purchasing experience.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of project scheduling, purchasing, shipping, Incoterms, and processes.
• Team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong writing, documentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
