Company Description

Openjobmetis is seeking for a client operating in the fashion retail sector: Purchasing and Product Specialist.

Position

The candidate will be responsible for: managing the entire order process, including volumes and delivery times; verifying that the purchasing office's orders align with the defined budget; searching for and defining new suppliers; negotiating supply agreements; analyzing sales and purchase data with specific reference to business analysis; comparing purchase and sales data; reporting any overstock of products; maintaining relationships with suppliers; analyzing KPI related to suppliers to evaluate their performance; managing purchasing office reports.

Requirements

Applicants should have: a degree in economics, statistics, or similar; experience in purchasing and business analysis; excellent knowledge of Excel; good command of the English language. Preferably, candidates with experience in retail, GDO, or clothing sectors will be favored.
