Il ruolo include la pianificazione delle attività di onboarding e la gestione delle forniture, con un orario di lavoro dal lunedì al venerdì. È richiesta una buona organizzazione e capacità di problem solving.

Mansioni

• Pianificazione delle attività di onboarding (visite mediche e corsi di formazione).
• Gestione delle bacheche e delle comunicazioni aziendali.
• Gestione delle forniture di ufficio e del materiale per il personale.

Job Description

Gi Group, a leading staffing company, is seeking an addetto/addetta ai servizi generali belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99) for our client in Arzignano.

Main responsibilities include:

• Planning onboarding activities (medical visits and training courses);
• Managing company notice boards and communications;
• Managing office supplies and clothing stock;
• Delivering materials to staff.

Preferred skills:

• Good organizational skills;
• Problem solving;
• Precision and reliability.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Contract type: To be defined based on the candidate.
