Ali Spa, a staffing agency with a branch in Florence, is seeking a CUSTOMER CARE ESTERO for an important client in the metalworking sector in Florence. The candidate will join a team of 6 people and report directly to the Commercial Manager.

Activities

  1. Daily confirmation of sales order lines, including checking the production plan and order confirmation.
  2. Manage order requests related to: timing, availability, product reproducibility, and advance requests, which are forwarded to Planning.
  3. Input component prices into the system.
  4. Serve as a SAP key-user and handle software-related issues.
  5. Manage the active invoicing cycle and oversee the transmission of invoices to the Administration.
  6. Coordinate with the Administration area to unblock orders that cannot be processed due to insolvency issues.
  7. Manage operational relationships with the warehouse (managed by Geodis).
  8. Oversee the creation of samples for special events (e.g., trade shows), including procurement and production initiation.
  9. Act as a liaison between production and sales, managing pre-series of products and interfacing with production, Utec, and Quality (supporting the Supply Chain).

Knowledge and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP, specifically related to the relevant interface areas (PREFERRED)
  • Experience with company CRM systems (PREFERRED)
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
  • Knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language
  • Ability to work in a team

We offer a permanent contract with a maximum gross annual salary of 38k EUR, according to the metalworking industry collective agreement. Working hours: 8:30-13:00 and 14:00-17:30.
