Position: Addetto / Addetta al Banco Gastronomia / Pane e Pizza / Cucina

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Preparing and managing the display counter
2. Sanitizing the environment and tools according to HACCP standards
3. Receiving, checking, and storing products in designated areas
4. Cutting and weighing products
5. Serving customers
6. Preparing dishes (first courses, second courses) and/or selling baked goods, preparing doughs for bread and pizza

Required Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a gastronomer, baker, pizzaiolo, or cook in catering or canteen services
2. Ability to independently slice cured meats and cheese
3. Proficiency with scales and knives
4. Immediate availability and flexibility to work shifts
5. Knowledge of hygiene and health standards

Contract Details:

Contract type: Fixed-term in temporary agency work, based on the DMO trade union contract, with full-time shifts from Monday to Sunday.
