During S.p.a Filiale di Milano is seeking to hire for an important store in Milan:

Sales Associate

• Responsibilities: Assist customers throughout their purchase journey, providing service aligned with company guidelines and philosophy to meet individual and team sales targets. Specific duties include:
• Achieving store-specific objectives set by the Store Manager and contributing to overall store targets, both quantitative (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative (brand image).
• Following and applying brand guidelines.
• Fostering customer relationships.
• Performing store-related tasks such as managing stock (organized by size, type, style, color, or product code), receiving deliveries punctually, adjusting garments to better suit customer needs, and ensuring merchandise is well-organized and presented.

Requirements:

• Employment Contract: Initial fixed-term with potential for extension.
• Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday with compensatory rest days.
• Location: Milan.
