Job Description

Gi Group, a leading Italian employment agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 HR professionals, is seeking to fill a position at its Melzo branch:

Position: Addetto al Banco Vendita

The candidate will play a key role in achieving and maintaining excellence in customer service and support.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing hydraulic and thermohydraulic materials requested by customers
2. Assisting customers in choosing products, including offering suitable alternative solutions
3. Coordinating with warehouse operators for picking the requested materials

Required technical skills:

• Knowledge of hydraulic and thermohydraulic products
• Technical understanding of products related to maintenance and/or installation of thermal and hydraulic systems

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the AS400 management system and its updates
• Proficiency with common computer tools
• Good interpersonal skills, accuracy, and team spirit

Work location: Melzo (MI)
