Job Description:

For a prestigious fashion retail brand, we are seeking:

Full-Time Sales Assistant - Large Retail Store in Milan

You will be part of a large store dedicated to women's total look fashion in Milan.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the store: organizing and tidying the sales space;
• Stock management and product reordering;
• Store setup and cash operations;
• Customer assistance and loyalty activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in selling women's clothing and accessories;
• Passion for fashion and retail;
• Excellent communication skills, cheerful attitude, flexibility, adaptability;
• Dynamic, team-oriented.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours, from Monday to Sunday on shifts, 5 days a week.

Contract Details:

• Type: Fixed-term contract with potential for renewal and permanent placement;
• Reference: CCNL Commerce;
• Salary & Benefits: Level 4 classification with variable RAL based on experience; €8 meal vouchers.
