Job Description:

We are looking for:

Addetto/a Vendita Full Time - Categories Protette (L.68/99) - Noventa Outlet

Position involves working in a large store inside Noventa Outlet, focused on women's total look fashion.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the store: organizing the sales space, stock management, and replenishment;
• Store setup and cash operations;
• Customer assistance and loyalty activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in selling women's clothing and accessories;
• Passion for fashion and retail;
• Good communication skills, cheerful attitude, flexibility, adaptability;
• Dynamic, team-oriented;
• Registration with the targeted placement lists (L.68/99 art. 1) is required.

Work hours: Full-time/Part-time, Monday to Sunday shifts.

Contract details:

• Fixed-term contract with potential for extension and permanent employment;
• Reference: Commerce sector collective agreement;
• Salary and benefits: Level 4 classification with variable RAL depending on experience; includes €8 meal vouchers.
