Synergie Italia is looking for candidates to join a dynamic and structured company in the GDO sector. The position involves working in one of the following departments:

• CASSA E ALLESTIMENTO
• GASTRONOMIA
• MACELLERIA
• ORTOFRUTTA
• PESCHERIA
• PANETTERIA / PASTICCERIA

Requirements:

Candidates with minimal experience in similar roles (GDO, retail stores, bars, restaurants, gastronomies, salumerie, rosticcerie, pescherie, bakeries, pastry shops, or similar) or without experience but interested in training and growth opportunities are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a predisposition to learning, customer contact skills, teamwork, precision, and reliability.

Additional Information:

Contracts offered are part-time and full-time, based on the candidate's needs. The employment is temporary with possible permanent placement, working days include Monday to Sunday, including holidays, with one day off per week. Flexibility and availability to work shifts with split hours are required.
