Synergie Italia is seeking candidates to join a dynamic and structured company in the GDO sector, specifically for COOP ALLEANZA 3.0.

Position

We are looking for candidates to be inserted into the following departments:

• CASSA E ALLESTIMENTO
• GASTRONOMIA
• MACELLERIA
• ORTOFRUTTA
• PESCHERIA
• PANETTERIA / PASTICCERIA

Requirements

We seek candidates with minimal experience in the role (in GDO or retail stores, bars, restaurants, gastronomies, delis, rotisseries, fishmongers, bakeries, and similar) or even without experience who are interested in training and growth opportunities in organized large-scale retail. Candidates should demonstrate predisposition to learning, customer contact, teamwork, precision, and reliability.

Additional Information

We offer both PART-TIME and FULL-TIME contracts based on the candidate's needs, on fixed-term temporary contracts with the possibility of permanent employment. Work days include Monday to Sunday, including holidays, with one day off per week.

Flexibility and availability to work in shifts with split hours are required.
