Un'importante azienda nel settore della vendita di prodotti per l'igiene e la cura personale è alla ricerca di un Sales Assistant per la sua sede a Saronno. Il candidato entrerà in un team giovane e motivato, con un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di tre mesi. Questa posizione richiede disponibilità a turni e un minimo di un anno di esperienza nel settore.

Competenze

• Almeno 1 anno di esperienza come sales assistant, cassiere, o riassortitore.
• Preferibile esperienza nel retail o distribuzione a grande scala.
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.

Mansioni

• Accogliere e assistere i clienti durante il processo d'acquisto.
• Vendere articoli nel negozio e mantenere l'ordine del negozio.
• Gestire le operazioni della cassa.

Job Description:

Syn68, division of Synergie Italia, is seeking a Sales Assistant for a leading company in the sale of hygiene, personal care, and perfumery products. The candidate will join a rapidly expanding company with a motivated and youthful team, eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers during their purchase decision process;
• Sell items in the store;
• Arrange products in the store according to layout;
• Stock shelves and manage product placement;
• Handle cash register operations, including payments and cash management;
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness;
• Load and unload merchandise.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a sales assistant, cashier, or shelf stocker;
• Preferably experience in retail or large-scale distribution;
• Availability to work in shifts based on store schedules;
• Membership in protected categories (art. 1).

Additional Information:

Initial fixed-term contract of three months, classified as V level under CCNL DMO (Modern Organized Distribution). Part-time work schedule, from Monday to Sunday. Location: Saronno.
