Location: Milan, Italy

Company: Bep's, the largest specialized retail chain for accessories for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles, is looking to hire:

Position: Addetto/a Vendita - Reparto Moto

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming and assisting customers
2. Restocking displayed products
3. Maintaining and tidying the store

What We Offer:

• Initial fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment
• CCNL Commercio - additional monthly payments including 13th and 14th month bonuses
• Periodic shift planning (monthly to quarterly)
• Initial support and ongoing training

Working Hours:

Full-time: 40 hours over 5 days a week, with 2 days off; store open 7 days a week

Ideal Candidate:

• Dynamic, cheerful, with good customer contact skills and team spirit
• Preferred experience in similar sales roles or retail sector knowledge
