Responsibilities:
  1. Managing contacts in promotion and assistance via front-end activities, including videoconferencing platforms;
  2. Supporting quality monitoring activities of the assistance service provided by the contact center;
  3. Supporting Knowledge Management activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in technical-scientific, humanistic, or economic disciplines;
  • Experience in front office or customer care, preferably in the energy sector;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Soft Skills:
  • Teamwork and results-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills and proper language proficiency.
Job Details:
  • Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (supply agency contract);
  • Level: CCNL Elettrico Livello BS/BSS, RAL 34/36K depending on experience, plus ticket 7;
  • Working hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week (Monday to Friday);
  • Location: Rome North.
