Job Description:

Arriva Italia srl, a leading company in passenger transport in Europe, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Agenzia Mont Blanc di Courmayeur for the winter season (from December 2024 to April 2025).

Responsibilities

• Perform activities related to travel agency such as booking flights, ferries, and creating packages;
• Provide information and assistance to customers on how to use the service during various stages of the customer journey (before, during, and after the trip);
• Sale and issuance of travel tickets;
• Collect written requests and reports from users for forwarding to the designated offices;
• Account for collections according to established periodicity;
• Maintain and monitor the database of lost items.

Requirements

• High school diploma;
• Knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of French;
• Familiarity with handling cash.

What We Offer

Fixed-term contract for the winter season (from December 2024 to April 2025).
