Un'importante società di selezione cerca un tirocinante come Addetto Selezione del Personale nel team interno a Bergamo. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in campo umanistico e ottime capacità interpersonali. Il tirocinante supporterà il team nella selezione di candidati, gestione documentale e aggiornamenti di database, supportando la crescita professionale attraverso un'esperienza pratica in HR.

Adecco Seriate is seeking a recent graduate to join as an intern in the internal team as an Addetto Selezione del Personale. Working alongside the Recruitment Manager, the intern will handle various front and back office activities, including:

• Candidate reception
• Database updates
• Conducting preliminary interviews
• Document registration and archiving

Under the guidance of their tutor, they will perform CV screening, identify client needs, and define job profiles by drafting job descriptions. They will also select suitable candidates using available tools.

Requirements: Degree in a humanistic field or a master's degree.

Additional qualities include good listening skills, customer orientation, planning and organizational skills, initiative, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
