Position: Receptionist/Back Office Support

We are looking for a professional and communicative person with excellent relational skills and advanced knowledge of English to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer phone calls and manage incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Welcome customers in a professional and cordial manner, representing the company's image.
3. Support the back office in basic commercial and administrative activities, data verification, order entry, supplier management, and issuing delivery notes.

Requirements:

1. Perfect written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
2. Excellent relational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
3. Good appearance.
4. Previous experience in similar roles.
