Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract of 1 year, full-time (38.5 hours/week)
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-12:30/13:30-17:20, Friday 08:00-13:10, with 30 minutes flexible entry
- Salary and classification based on candidate profile, not below level 4 of the current Gas-Water CCNL
- Possibility of converting to permanent contract if conditions are met
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will be part of the 'Finance and Accounting' team, handling activities such as:
- General and analytical accounting
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Drafting of Economic and Financial Budgets
- Managing financial flows and bank/postal accounts
- Supporting short and medium/long-term credit practices
- Managing corporate taxation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/finance
- At least 1 year of experience in finance or management control teams
- Proficiency in Windows and Office suite
- Valid driver's license (B)
- Physical fitness for the role
- No legal disqualifications from voting or criminal convictions affecting employment
- Experience in utilities sector (water, gas, energy, waste) for at least 12 months is preferred
- Knowledge of financial management software (e.g., Piteco, Docfinantial, Sage X3) and data analysis/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proactive, responsible, autonomous, with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, discretion, and team spirit
Objectives of the Position
The role involves collaborating with the Department Head to plan, monitor, and execute assigned activities, including:
- Activity planning and progress sharing with the supervisor
- Autonomous process coordination and workload monitoring
- Financial control reports (costs, financing, cash flows, covenants, indicators, projections)
- Ensuring proper documentation for financial budgeting and risk analysis
