Job Description:

Tempocasa Spa, a leading company in the real estate sector founded in 1988, with over 600 points of sale throughout Italy, is looking for a Referente Pratiche e Notarile for its branch in Orbassano.

The candidate will be part of a dynamic environment characterized by team spirit and collaboration.

Reporting directly to the office manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Collecting and archiving documents related to properties and verifying their correctness.
• Contacting Notary Offices/Professionals during the deed preparation process and coordinating with surveyors, architects, and other officials as necessary.
• Assisting the office in managing practices and issues between parties before the notarial deed.
• Participating in the signing of the preliminary sales agreement.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and involved parties.
• Performing customer care activities to ensure client satisfaction.

• Diploma in Geometra/Law degree or Degree in Legal Service Sciences.
• Previous experience in notarial contexts (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and work planning abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability/flexibility in language depending on the interlocutor, and clarity of expression.
• Active listening skills, aware and effective.
• Experience in customer care/management of relationships with clients/interlocutors.

• Collaboration on a freelance basis with a fixed salary.
• Possibility of growth.
