Un'agenzia di staffing cerca un/una Addetto/A Back Office per gestire ticket di assistenza e monitorare gli interventi tecnici. Richiesta esperienza precedente in back office o customer service. Il contratto è temporaneo con possibilità di assunzione definitiva. La posizione è a Pozzuoli (NA) con orario dal lunedì al venerdì.

Competenze

• Esperienza precedente in ruoli di back office tecnico o customer service.
• Disponibilità a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.

Mansioni

• Gestire i ticket di assistenza quotidiana su scala nazionale.
• Monitorare gli interventi tecnici e coordinare i tempi.

Conoscenze

Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e Microsoft Office

ADDETTO/A BACK OFFICE

Company:

Synergie Italia S.p.A., a staffing agency, is seeking a candidate for a client operating in the design and installation of industrial plants.

Position:

The candidate will manage daily assistance tickets on a national scale, monitor technical interventions, coordinate timings, and use dedicated portals for operational management, problem resolution, and data entry.

What We Offer:

• Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment.
• CCNL METALMECCANICA. Salary and contract type will be defined during the selection process.

Requirements:

• Diploma;
• Previous experience in technical back office or customer service roles;
• Good knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills;
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with multiple departments.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with 1-hour lunch break;
• Work location: Pozzuoli (NA);
