Une entreprise leader est à la recherche d'un Addetto/a Back Office Commerciale Estero à Parma. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des offres commerciales, de l'entrée des commandes et de la documentation. Ce poste à temps plein, initialement pour un remplacement de maternité, pourrait déboucher sur un contrat permanent.

• Expérience préalable dans un rôle commercial souhaitée.
• Résidence dans la région nécessaire.

Job Description:

During SpA is authorized by the Ministry of Labour according to D.lgs. 276/03 (Aut. Def. Min. Lav. Prot.1180/SG of 13/12/04), with branches across Italy. The Parma Est branch (PR) is hiring for a Client Company for a role as an Export Back Office Assistant.

The responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial offers and quotations with clients and suppliers;
• Entering and managing orders;
• Handling documentation.

Work location: Vicofertile (PR)

Working hours: Full-time (8.30 - 12.30 / 14.30 - 18.30)

Initial contract for maternity replacement with potential for permanent placement.

• Previous experience in a commercial role;
• Excellent IT skills, especially in Office Suite and Excel;
• Residence in the area;
• Excellent command of the English language
