Role Description
As an UGG Sales Associate, you’ll create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that strengthen brand loyalty. You will understand the importance of following our Customer Service Training Program and you will greet customers promptly and courteously as soon as they enter the store. You’ll ensure that all customer queries are answered accurately before they go out. You will offer exceptional service from start to finish, while also effectively communicating our return policy. You will maintain a positive and friendly attitude with customers and colleagues, promoting the image of the store and the brand in every interaction, including compliance with the dress code. You will provide a high level of customer service both in-store and over the phone.
