As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage the check-in and check-out process and provide assistance throughout the stay, ensuring that every request is met in a timely and courteous manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out
• Provide information on the property's amenities and local attractions
• Manage guest reservations and special requests
• Resolve any issues or complaints effectively
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and satisfying guest experience
• Previous experience in the role of receptionist or in the hotel sector
• Knowledge of management software for reservations (preferably Opera or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
